Rules by Level

Level

1

Stunts

► Levels: stunts are allowed up to prep level (shoulder level). Single leg stunts allowed at prep level with hand-arm connection.

►Twisting: up to 1/4 turn allowed.

► Releases: no releases allowed.

► Inversions: no inversions allowed.

Tumbling

► All skills non airborne are allowed i.e.
Cartwheels, Back walkovers, Front walkovers, Round offs etc.

Pyramid

► Levels: skills are allowed up to extended level on two feet with at least one hand-arm connection (bracer). Single leg stunts allowed at prep level with at least one hand-arm connection (bracer). Hand-arm connection must be made prior to the initiation of the skill.

►Twisting: up to 1/4 turn allowed.

► Releases: no releases allowed.

► Inversions: no inversions allowed.

Dismounts

► Cradles allowed from prep level or below. Any dismount from prep level or below to the performance surface.

Tosses

► No tosses allowed

Level

2

Stunts

► Levels: stunts are allowed up to extended level on two feet. Single leg stunts allowed at prep level.

►Twisting: up to 1/2 turn allowed.

► Releases: no releases allowed.

► Inversions: any inversions from ground level into a stunt is allowed.

Tumbling

► All skills up to and including back
handsprings are allowed.

Pyramid

► Levels: skills are allowed up to extended level with at least one hand-arm connection (bracer). Hand-arm connection must be made prior to the initiation of the skill.

► Twisting: up to 1/2 turn allowed.

► Releases: no releases allowed.

► Inversions: any inversions from ground level are allowed.

Dismounts

► Up to 4 cradles allowed.

Tosses

► Straight tosses are allowed.


► Load in tosses are allowed.

Level

3

Stunts

► Levels: stunts are allowed to extended level.

► Twisting: up to 1 full turn allowed (360) to prep level and below. Up to a full turn allowed to extended two leg stunt. Up to 1⁄2 turn allowed to extended single leg stunt.

► Releases: any release skill is allowed from ground and waist level up to prep level.

► Inversions: from prep level and below into a stunt are allowed.

Tumbling

► All skills up to and including back handsprings are allowed.

Pyramid

► Levels: skills are allowed up to extended level.

►Twisting: up to a full turn allowed (360). Any full turn skills to an extended single leg stunt must have a hand-arm connection throughout the entire skill.

► Releases: any skill from waist level and below to an extended level must have at least one hand-arm connection (bracer). Any skills at extended level must have two different hand-arm connections (bracers).

► Inversions: from prep level and below are allowed. 

Dismounts

► up to a full turn cradles (360) allowed from any two leg stunt. Up to 1/4 from any single leg stunt.

Tosses

► Any skill allowed with one trick (full twist, toe touch, lib arch, ball arch etc.).
